Verano is an organic fruit agua fresca focused on wellness and outdoor living. It is a contemporary new brand aimed to bring a refreshing exilir of organic fruits infused with non psychoactive medicinal CBD. A fun abstract illustration was composed with color combinations to match their individual flavor profiles. It is designed to stand out from it’s competitors and appeal to it’s young professional demographic. Inspired and driven by the jungle, curiosity, and healthy living - a market analysis guide us to position this product with a competitive advantage throughout it’s messaging, brand identity, and packaging.

Research shows people’s attention span online is being fought by many brands and digital outlets at once. Alleging people’s better retention and remembrance of information seen on print formats. Considering the plethora of information online, the objective is to bring a new magazine to life - with the ability to entertain with visual impact and stimulate the mind simultaneously.

Strategy.

In order to achieve our goal we built a strong brand masthead / flag. With a slightly unorthodox negative and positive space. The covers were built by manipulating images, in a way representative of each issue. A dynamic grid system was created to keep a cohesive layout throughout each magazine spread. A stone border was place to represent ancient mnemonic object. In ancient times, humans recorded stories in stone. Today, We share them through Musa. A magazine aimed to help you enjoy to the fullest, your time off line.
